  New-Hire, and Love Staff, environment, and of coarse their FOOD. Although technically "fresh"- new still and have alot of selections to still eat as a server seeing each plate off to its persons I'm certainly impressed (and hunger) for the appeal of each plate, scent and taste beautifully done. And no one else locally has met nor beat the proportions on Amber's plates. This is best place ( in my opinion ) to get the food for your dollar. I thought they had a moderate pricing at a menu glance but seeing plates corrects the perception, DEFINITELY BE HUNGRY! Environment setting alike- enjoyable, friendly staff, multiple regulars- polite sweet people, and for the quick service, Amber's maintains a calm enjoyable energy generally quiet, smiling atmosphere. Happy to join team- YOU ALL ARE GREAT!!

  I give two stars because the cooks do a good job of home cooking. But the evening manager is too busy with her stories and the young waitress we have gotten, lacked the service part of the job. The waitress was so busy ignoring us, we got the cooks attention and he had to get her attention for us. The mornings are the best time to go in. The place could use a power spray inside and out.
