  It's been a while but the manager wanted to charge me for some ketchup packets! WTH. I don't know why they assume you want fry sauce instead of ketchup, I know it's a Utah thing but I am from out of state though. I tried to trade the fry sauce for ketchup but they wouldn't let me. Funny I can't remember what the food was like but will remember the poor service I received.

  We used to love Barry's but the quality of food and how is put together is horrible. The changed my favorite item for lamb and now use this disgusting pre-cut fake stuff. It's like leather with a hint of lamb and flavor. The last 5 orders the fries weren't cooked all the way and were so soggy you couldn't eat them. The lettuce they use for the cheeseburgers is completely riddled with preservative. I'm just disappointed. Another small business that's not taking quality seriously!
