  It was a Friday night and we waited about 25 min. We finally asked for a refund. We have been to many locations I the past and have never had a complaint. But that was too long too wait.

  Look, I totally understand the Culvers prides themselves on a fresh food and supposedly customer service… However, it should not take 43 minutes to get a cod sandwich, A hamburger, some french fries and some cheese curds… Went through the drive-through and told that the food would be right out. That obviously didn't happen or my rating would be much more satisfactory. We tried to talk to hold that the food would be right out. That obviously didn't happen or my rating would be much more satisfactory. We tried to talk to me drive-through window runner to see where our food was but all she could say is that it was on its way… After waiting patiently in anticipation of receiving our hot and fresh culvers burgers and sandwich my dear sweet wife gave up and went in to ask for a refund while I held down the car and the two screaming children. After asking for the refund she was told she cannot have it because our food was finally ready. Upon waiting for another six minutes and 28 seconds she was given a bag of food. Definitely find somewhere else to eat. In the 43 minutes that we waited I could've earned another $40 by working and then spent it at a nice sitdown restaurant where I would anticipate a 43 minute ordeal. Opportunity costs people!

  This location is one of the best out there. Management takes care of the place well and puts customer needs above all else. The menu is massive with all kinds of burgers, sandwiches and more. The beef they serve is juicy and freshly prepared. The custard is to die for!! Whether you're in the road and need to get going, or wanting a place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere, this is the place to go on route 6!
